1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you — the registered user — and z999. By accessing, registering for or using any part of the z999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

Using z999 also means you agree to our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and z999. If any conflict arises between these documents and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only; in all other respects these Terms and Conditions govern.

z999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use z999, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. z999 does not permit access or registration to anyone under this age.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or as a legal entity.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended z999 account. Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from using z999.

z999 reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Providing false registration information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your z999 account. This includes keeping your login credentials — username and password — private and secure at all times.

• Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your z999 account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other online services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact z999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

z999 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to maintain reasonable security practices. Any bets placed, transactions made or bonuses claimed from your account — whether by you or a third party — are your responsibility unless you notify z999 of a compromise without undue delay.

z999 may temporarily lock an account if it detects suspicious activity, multiple failed login attempts or other indicators of potential security compromise. In such cases, account access will be restored once your identity has been verified through our support process.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All z999 account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion when you deposit, play or withdraw. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers in PKR
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used to deposit wherever possible. z999 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above internal review thresholds.

Withdrawals are processed during standard business hours. Processing times depend on the payment method and may take between a few hours and several business days. z999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been approved from our side.

z999 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment methods not registered in your name. Attempting to use a third-party payment account may result in withdrawal suspension pending verification.

5Betting Rules

z999 offers sports betting including Cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, Tests, Football, Esports and other markets. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, changed or reversed unless z999 determines that a clear technical error occurred.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. z999 does not guarantee that odds will remain available until you have completed placing your bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of z999's trading team, particularly during key match events such as wickets, goals, or technical delays in the live data feed.
• Bets placed on markets affected by a verified data feed error may be voided at z999's discretion. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. Abandoned or rain-affected matches will be settled in accordance with z999's cricket betting rules applicable at the time of the match.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting or other systematic approaches designed to exploit odds discrepancies may result in stake restrictions, bet voiding or account review.

z999 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts where warranted. Decisions on bet acceptance, stake limits and market availability are final and at z999's discretion.

6Casino & Slots

z999 Casino, Live Casino and Slots are subject to the same account terms as the rest of the platform. The following additional rules apply:

• All Casino and Slots games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealer-operated equipment. Results are not influenced by z999 or any external party.
• Live Casino games are subject to real-time dealing rules. Once a round has commenced and bets are accepted, the result stands regardless of any subsequent technical issues on the player's device or connection.
• Game malfunctions — whether caused by software errors or disconnection — may result in a round being voided. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player. z999 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own connection or device issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each Casino and Slots game and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary between standard play and VIP tables.
• Attempting to use software, tools or methods to predict, manipulate or exploit Casino or Slots outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

z999's Slots library includes titles from multiple game providers. Game availability may change over time as providers update their catalogues. z999 is not obligated to keep any specific title permanently available.

7Bonuses & Promotions

z999 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to the general rules below:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. z999 reserves the right to withhold, modify or reclaim a bonus if it determines the bonus is being claimed in a way that is not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Deposits made specifically to meet a withdrawal threshold rather than to play are not considered qualifying deposits for bonus purposes.
• z999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way through a player's wagering period, any progress already made toward the wagering requirement will be assessed case by case.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z999. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, email address or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using z999 on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including Live Casino table games.
• Using automated software, bots or scripting tools to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — whether in games, the betting interface or payment systems. Any such bugs must be reported to z999 support immediately.
• Attempting to launder funds through z999 or using z999 for any fraudulent financial activity.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing z999 staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other tool to misrepresent your location or identity on the platform.

z999 cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. Accounts associated with fraudulent activity or financial crime may be reported and any balance held pending investigation.

9Responsible Gaming

z999 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We want every user on our platform to be using it as a form of entertainment — not as a way to manage financial pressure or emotional distress.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to limits may have a short cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Reminders: You can enable reminders that alert you after a set period of play to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.

• z999 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind — including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment or opportunity costs.
• z999's maximum liability to any user in connection with any specific incident is limited to the value of the stake or deposit directly involved in that incident.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Gaming involves risk. Winnings are not guaranteed. Losses are possible and are the player's responsibility. z999 is an entertainment platform and should be used as such.

12Account Closure

Either you or z999 may close a z999 account at any time, subject to the following:

• Player-requested closure: Contact z999 support to request account closure. Any available balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed, provided it meets standard withdrawal conditions and verification requirements.
• z999-initiated closure: z999 may suspend or permanently close an account if a player is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity or failure to complete verification.
• In cases of z999-initiated closure due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been involved in any misconduct will be returned subject to verification.
• Self-exclusion requests are handled separately from account closure — a self-excluded account is suspended rather than fully deleted, allowing reinstatement at the end of the exclusion period where applicable.

13Changes to These Terms

z999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users through in-platform messaging or the email address registered to their account.

Your continued use of z999 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. Continued use of your account after the effective date of an update will be treated as acceptance.
